ENTRY POLICY

 

Following registration, confirmation & invoices are sent by email.

 

Unpaid teams may be removed from tournaments at anytime.

​

A $100 late fee occurs if unpaid teams play at a tournament.

REFUND POLICY

If a tournament is canceled, entry is fully refunded.

​

If tournaments are shortened to 1 day, partial refund is provided.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

 

Teams receive a full refund if they cancel 14+ days before the tournament begins.
